Every Dream Giveaway sweepstakes benefits a worthwhile charitable cause and the inaugural 2010 Mustang Dream Giveaway is no exception. The grand-prize winner will be stunned as he or she is presented the keys to these two spectacular automobiles.
Such was the case on January 25, 2009, C. David Rutherford Jr. of Monticello, Georgia was presented with the 2008 Corvette Dream Giveaway Grand Prize -- two spectacular Corvettes valued at a quarter-of-a million dollars. Mr. Rutherford, a disabled construction worker, purchased tickets as a means of helping children, never expecting to win.
The awards ceremony was held at the Summit Racing flagship store in McDonough, Georgia. Lingenfelter Performance Engineering (LPE) and Summit Racing participated as sponsors. Shelley Breiner, Executive Director of Kids Wish Network, introduced David Rutherford, Jr. and presented him with the keys to both cars.
The Mustang Dream Giveaway grand-prize winner will be announced and published on the www.winthemustangs.com website on July 4th, 2010. The cars will be presented to the winner in a public ceremony shortly thereafter.
